-Find the file in the "Files" app. You may find it in the "Browse" section or in a cloud storage service such as iCloud Drive or Dropbox.

-Tap the zip file to preview its contents. If the file is not previewed, you may tap the "More" (three-dot) button and select "Quick Look" to view its contents.

-To extract the files, tap the "Share" button - the square with an arrow pointing up. There will be several options but you may select to send the file to your desired location. "Save to Files" or "Save to iCloud Drive" are recommended.

What design programs are these compatible with?

These design assets are able to be used in almost all design programs. Multiple file variants are included so you may use with the program of your choice (Adobe Illustrator HIGHLY reccommended)

Are these assets fully editable?

Yes: they are fully editable. Some versions come with an unoutlined version as well so you may even manipulate the points further. 

Is this a subscription?

No, this is a one time purchase. Buy it once, and own it forever! The price does include a FREE subscription to all future OTB design asset updates - updates that come at no further charge to you and are automatically delivered to your email.

How do we use these?

Can I use these assets on my Ipad?

Yes, you may download them to your preferred Ipad design application of choice. See the "Opening Zip Files on Ipad Section".

Are there watermarks on the images?

No, the watermarks are only present on the listing images; there will be no watermarks or logos on your downloads.

Do you do custom design work?

Yes, we can do custom design work: send us an inquiry with your project details and we will reach out to you shortly after.

Do I need to buy Adobe Illustrator before purchasing any design assets?

Yes, Adobe Illustrator - or whatever program you will use - is needed before you are able to use the design assets.

What makes these flats so good?

We take the utmost care and have spent a considerable amount of time with each flat, doing our best to ensure accuracy and quality so that you may use only the best and most meticulously created design assets. Every flat went through at least 4 rounds of revisions. We put nothing out there which we would not use ourselves. Our agency created such a comprehensive catalog of fashion flats at such a high standard with such a variety of views because we saw there was a dire need. We understand intimately the necessity of quality design assets and what can go wrong when not so optimal ones are used - manufacturing mishaps, ones' vision is not met or understood, etc. Each flat includes a myriad of views so that you can have all you need for a full tech pack.
